Our Swim Instructors play a vital role in retaining memberships by providing exceptional customer service and teaching valuable swim skills to members of all ages.Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate a positive attitude and passion for teaching swim skills- Interact with employees, members, and guests in alignment with our Village Standards- Develop and lead swim clinics and lessons in collaboration with the Programs Director- Maintain inventory of swim supplies and equipment- Ensure the pool area is clean, organized, and ready for activities- Obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hireRequired Skills and Qualifications:- Previous experience in swim coaching or instruction- Proficiency in the four competitive strokes- Motivated and energetic demeanor- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed- Physical ability to swim, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and climb pool ladders- Strong communication skillsIf you have a passion for swimming, teaching, and providing exceptional customer service, we want you on our team!
